The Omega Quadrant series has had a LOT of detours and direction shifts over the years... and I mean A LOT. Here's a peek into how my muse (yes, let's have someone else to blame besides me) has switched things around on the journey thus far.

****SPOILERS BELOW, proceed with caution!!***

Book 1 - His Surrogate Omega (HSO)

This WASN'T supposed to be book one. Avery's story was originally book 1. The prologue chapter of book 2 was originally the prologue chapter of book 1. I was writing...

Are you coming to see me at PrideLit Con in Richmond, VA on June 13th? (https://pridelitcon.com/)

I'll have a limited supply of titles at my table that can be purchased, but my backlist is immense.

If you want to ensure you're able to get a specific title, preordering is your best bet.

Q: Did you really name a character James Jaymes on purpose?

A: Fuck yeah, I did. His Surrogate Omega was a really dark book. It needed levity here and there not only for me, but for the readers. A few hawk-eyed folks caught it.

When you met Jamie, he was mated to Rohan Parker, and was Jamie Parker for all you knew. But his brother was Wilder Jaymes... and if you put two and two together, you noticed.

His Forsaken Alpha has an explanation for WHY his name is James Jaymes. Yeah, I gave it a...

Over the years, I've had questions about the heats my omegas go through. I figured I'd share some of my answers here in case you were wondering, too.

Q: Do omegas go into heat every month?

A: Yes! Omegas go into heat every 28 days, with onset at the full moon. (Their lunar cycle is just like ours on our world.)

During this time, an unmedicated omega will beg any nearby alpha to breed them. If an alpha is in an omega's presence during...

I know you have questions about Heat Repress and what it does exactly.

So, here's all you need to know about the heat drugs our omegas might or might not be on in my Omegaverse books.

1. Heat Repress

This is the one most of you are familiar with from His Surrogate Omega. It's the drug that's threatening to stop working for Gray and the reason he feels he has no choice but to become a surrogate -- to give his body a break.

Heat Repress...

Here's a little additional info:

• The Omega Quadrant occurs in the province of Alexandria and there are scenes in Blacksburg in book 4

• The Western Province series occurs mainly in Fort Seattle but has mentioned Port Sacramenti often, and will potentially go there

• Omegawood was added in 2024, just under Port Sacramenti

• The provinces shown on the map are NOT the only provinces. They are the largest and make up much of the population of the continent. Each of the ones shown are super-provinces with...

Bound to Two Bears was released July 13, 2015... nearly a decade ago. Can you believe it? I sure as shit can't.

I was recently approved to publish stories on Radish and decided to kick that off with Bound to Two Bears. I had to edit it slightly, as they don't have chapters, but "episodes" and those episodes are suggested to be shorter than most of my chapters.

I had to go through and reorganize scenes and chapters.

I ended up doing a deeper edit than planned, fixing some little niggles in the...

If you're looking for some of the old companion guides to my older books, they can still be found on my old website which is still live here: https://kelexerotica.blogspot.com/

Nothing will be updated there as of spring 2025, so be aware!

After a dozen years with a crappy little website I'd wanted to upgrade—I finally did it!

We're still getting out the kinks and adding links—we're in beta—but I think we're close enough to being there to go live with the site.

Expect more to come!
